Frederick Chernoff is a California-licensed immigration attorney and dual U.S.-Canada citizen who has personally navigated the move from Canada to the United States and helped family members do the same. He brings five years of litigation experience to every I-192 entry waiver, filing directly through U.S. Customs and Border Protection's e-SAFE attorney channel.
