How it works

How your US Entry Waiver gets filed.

Four steps. One flat fee. Fully online in Canada — biometrics at a U.S. Port of Entry is the only in-person step.

Detailed steps

  1. Free phone consult.

Call us. A 30-minute conversation with the attorney. We tell you straight whether you need a waiver and what it costs. You receive a written merit opinion within 48 hours — every concern about your file in writing before you commit.

  2. Retainer and flat-fee payment.

If we can help, we send the retainer by DocuSign. You pay the flat fee and gain access to your secure online client portal.

  3. Documents and personal statement.

You upload your court records, complete a 45-minute attorney interview, and book your RCMP-accredited fingerprinting. We assemble the file and draft your personal statement.

  4. e-SAFE filing.

A US-licensed immigration attorney files your I-192 directly through U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)’s e-SAFE attorney portal. CBP sends the receipt the same day. You attend biometrics at a designated U.S. Port of Entry within 45 days. The Admissibility Review Office reviews the file and emails the decision when ready.
